Administrative Coordinator

C&H Industrial Services – Mobile, AL.

Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.

20.00 – $21.00 per hour.

About Us :

At C&H Industrial Services , we keep industrial operations running clean and smooth. We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps the office and field teams connected.

What You’ll Do :

  • Keep payroll and HR records on track in ADP.
  • Manage invoices, reports, and job entries in NetSuite.
  • Help with scheduling, recordkeeping, and job site documentation.
  • Support accounts payable / receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone and handle office inquiries.
  • Keep files organized (both digital + paper).
  • Pitch in on projects when management needs an extra hand.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Admin experience (industrial / construction background is a big plus).
  • Comfortable with ADP & NetSuite.
  • Strong organizer + multitasker who pays attention to the details.
  • Good communicator and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-starter who can handle a busy, fast-paced office.
