Revenue Cycle Director

This community medical center in South Central Oregon is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director to guide a vital department and strengthen financial operations for patients and the surrounding community. The Revenue Cycle Director will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team. In this role, the Revenue Cycle Director will oversee a dedicated group of staff members across billing, patient access, and collections, while also working hand in hand with department directors, physicians, and clinical leaders to maintain efficient and compliant processes.

The Revenue Cycle Director will oversee the daily operations of patient accounting, billing, data entry, credit and collections, and third-party payor coordination. The Revenue Cycle Director will balance the strategic and operational sides of revenue cycle management. Responsibilities include developing and refining systems for analyzing revenue data, ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines, and guiding staff training and development. The Revenue Cycle Director will also focus on fostering collaboration between the business office and clinical departments to improve efficiency and patient experience.
