About the Role

The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational management, as well as the ability to lead diverse teams and cultivate a mission-driven culture. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in construction management, real estate, affordable housing finance, or mortgage lending is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, integrity, and a strong commitment to servant leadership principles, and be adept at building partnerships with various stakeholders.
