Remote Healthcare Recruiter (Evenings Optional), 100% Commission + Productivity Incentives - Part Time or Full Time

Caring Angels Home Care  seeks a high-energy Remote Healthcare Recruiter to recruit allied health care professionals for our East Coast Division and grow our client base. This position is  100% commission based  and you will receive payment for every placement made and client acquired.  This job does NOT offer a base salary or hourly pay,  but we do offer generous productivity Incentives on top of the standard commission earned.

Flexible daytime or evening hours Monday through Friday

Ability to work remotely during regular and after business hours

Weekends optional

A thorough skill-building training program

Requirements :

Excellent multi-tasking, self-management and verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet

Ability to stay on task and minimize distractions at home

Highly organized with solid computer skills including Web, Word and Outlook proficiency is preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
