Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a technical / IT background, and a willingness to learn new skills. Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical / IT support role .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or any scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and learning.
