Ability to perform basic functions on a PC including Microsoft Office. Current J-STD Certification. Good communication skills. Teamwork orientation. Ability to work with little or no supervision when required. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Patience. Experience handling small products or microchips, with parts no larger than a quarter in diameter preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience. Two years post-secondary or an Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience preferred. Active J-STD Certification required.
Job Description :
- Develops support for individual contributor roles.
- Works under general supervision.
- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks and escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Tasks are typically limited in scope and focused on smaller, less structured activities.
