Admin / Accounting Assistant

Job Summary :

The Admin / Accounting Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations and accurate financial recordkeeping. This role involves handling daily office tasks, processing financial transactions, assisting in payroll and reporting, and supporting management in maintaining compliance and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Duties :

• Manage office operations, supplies, and correspondence (emails, phone calls, filing, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate travel or logistics as needed.
• Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Handle vendor and client communications professionally.
