Description :

The registered nurse will work with a team of case managers coordinating care within an acute care facility.

Floating to different units within the main campus is required.

Floating to a nearby campus is a possibility.

Potential units include Emergency, Intensive Care, Pediatrics, Specialty Units, and more.

The facility is a Level II Trauma Center.

The total number of staffed beds across campuses is 571.

The expected attire is business casual.

Experience with EPIC charting is necessary.

Weekends are required as part of the shift pattern.

First-time applicants are accepted.

Pending licenses are accepted.

Committing to work 3 out of 5 major holidays is required.

References from supervisory roles covering a minimum of 1 year within the last three years are required.

All travelers are expected to float between units within their skill set.

Communication devices necessary for duties will be supplied without cost.

Preparatory modules are required pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent.

Completion of modules is recorded and must be self-reported.

Orientation consists of 40 hours and is non-billable.
