Systems Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems engineers to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server-based infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
• Oversee Azure-based cloud solutions, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services.
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Administer Citrix environments, ensuring reliable application and desktop delivery.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts for monitoring, automation, and reporting purposes.
• Ensure system compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements.
• Manage projects related to systems upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
