About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead the global mission of helping clients realize the full value of AI innovations in the dental industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals, and designing programs to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. This role involves leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to scale client support, as well as leading a high-performing customer success team and fostering collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams. The Head of Customer Success will also be involved in client onboarding, adoption, and partnership management, and will play a key role in international expansion efforts.
To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in customer success, particularly within SaaS technology, with experience in managing both enterprise and SMB accounts. A deep understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifecycle metrics is essential, as is a strategic mindset and the ability to execute hands-on. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for technology and innovation in dental care. While experience in the dental or medical field is helpful, it is not a mandatory requirement. The Head of Customer Success will be expected to travel and operate across multiple time zones, and should be adept at collecting and analyzing client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
