Job Summary :

The Warehouse Support is instrumental in the movement of in-coming and out-coming product. This role assists with receiving, allocating materials and billing (e.g., generators, parts and other products) within established policies and procedures of organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the following.

• Transport incoming and outgoing materials and generators to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools / vehicles, including but not limited to, hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, and / or pallet jack.
• Mark, sort and store materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, scan and ship materials and products.
• Process all packages for shipping utilizing UPS / FedEx and freight lines.
• Process returned merchandise.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, allocations and invoicing.
• Replenish stock from back-up locations as needed.
• Drive Company vehicle to vendor locations to pick up parts and other equipment.
• Drive Company vehicle to customer locations to deliver parts and other equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Light janitorial duties including sweeping floors, emptying trash and restroom cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
