Agile Team Coach

Do you enjoy playing a pivotal role in helping teams elevate their delivery practices and strengthen cross-functional alignment in a mature Agile environment Kinsale Insurance is seeking an Agile Team Coach to enable teams optimize value delivery and enable decision making across a suite of custom applications and horizontal teams including Data Architecture and DevOps. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Facilitate the identification remediation and prevention of impediments impacting the teams progress
• Develop and manage metrics that demonstrate the teams continuous improvement
• Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies
• Actively manage retrospectives with a focus on positive and constructive feedback that drives continuous improvement
• Work closely with the product owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog
• Guide and coach the team in agile / scrum principles and best practices
• Engage with other Team Coaches to foster ideas improve workflow and model company culture
