Position Summary

The Medical Office Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of our school medical and nutrition services teams. In partnership with the Lead RN, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered healthcare tailored to the unique needs of our students and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Operations : Set strategic direction and delegate clinical oversight to the Lead RN.
• Coordinate Client Care : Drive interdisciplinary collaboration and communication across medical and residential teams.
• Quality & Compliance : Oversee audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to Kansas school medication guidelines.
• Risk Management : Develop policies and lead audit readiness and licensure compliance.
• Budget & Resources : Manage department budgets and recommend staffing and equipment needs.
• Team Leadership : Guide and develop team members, promote morale, and uphold company policies.
• Problem-Solving : Foster innovation and resolve systemic challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
