Position Overview :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to design and implement individualized patient treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or minimizing physical disabilities. The PT will perform evaluations, set goals, educate patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities :
- Perform initial and ongoing evaluations following APTA and state standards.
- Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care with short- and long-term goals.
- Document patient progress according to medical and facility standards.
- Evaluate mobility, strength, and function, setting realistic goals.
- Communicate patient progress with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team.
- Plan post-treatment care, including in-home care services.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and workshops.
- Assist other staff as needed and maintain a clean, safe rehabilitation environment.
Qualifications :
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with AED.Experience : Open to new graduates through experienced professionals.Benefits :
