A company is looking for a Variable Universal Life Insurance Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process transactions related to VUL Life Insurance policies with precision and compliance

Respond to customer inquiries and escalations, managing end-to-end service requests effectively

Identify and implement process improvements while adhering to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

5 - 8 years of customer service experience

Experience with individual life insurance / annuity products is required

High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred

FINRA Series 6 license required within 180 days

Moderate knowledge of individual life insurance or annuities, with a focus on variable products
