Salary : $104,000.00 - $143,000.00 Location : Austin, TX

Refurb PM Roles & Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors; ensure alignment with customer specifications and industry compliance standards. Communicate project status, risks and implement mitigation strategies ensuring Stakeholders are updated regularly. Analyze project outcomes to improve future processes. Implement best practices for cost efficiency and turnaround time. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Functional Knowledge

Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
