About The Position

A nationally recognized, award-winning health system in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a passionate and flexible Outpatient Rheumatologist (MD / DO) to join their state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility. Key Responsibilities :

Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at BVHS Wellness Park

Customize your schedule : 2-5 days / week or week on / week off (Mon-Thurs 7 am–7 pm, Fri 7 am–5 pm, optional Sat 4-hr shifts)

Collaborate with multi-specialty teams and participate in Mayo Clinic Care Network programs

Utilize Cerner EMR integrated inpatient / outpatient systems

Opportunity to teach medical students and APP trainees

Enjoy full autonomy in patient mix and practice operations

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist (within 5 years of eligibility) – No exceptions

Active or willing to obtain Ohio medical license

Clean malpractice and background

Visa candidates and Locums not considered

Competitive base salary of $300,000 / year + wRVU productivity bonus (total compensation up to $500,000 / year)
