Job Title : Physical Therapist-Clinic Manager

Location : Belfair, WA

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : $100,000 $125,000 per year

Bonuses : Monthly Bonus + Profit Share

Your Role

As a Therapist :

  • Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute outpatient sessions, both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
  • Design personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
  • Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes

    • As a Clinic Manager :

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Mentor and support clinical team members
  • Contribute to clinic growth and patient satisfaction initiatives
  • Integrate hybrid care solutions to optimize efficiency and experience

    • Qualifications

  • Active Washington State PT License (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
  • Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based treatment
  • Bonus : Experience as a Clinical Instructor or in a mentoring capacity

  • Salary : $100,000$125,000 / year
