Ob / Gyn Outpatient Physician - Full Time

Sign-On Bonus : $50,000 Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Ob / Gyn Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in San Jose, CA , providing high-quality outpatient gynecological, obstetric, prenatal, and educational care in a patient-centered environment. This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and referrals, as well as oversight of midlevel practitioners and clinical staff. The physician will help ensure smooth patient flow, collaborate across departments, and support care for a diverse, multicultural community. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient GYN, prenatal, and post-partum care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and health education.
• Serve as a consultant for Ob / Gyn cases referred by other providers.
• Educate patients and families about preventive care, diagnosis, treatments, and medications.
• Request referrals for labs, tests, and specialty services as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Support EHR documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and provide medical backup to Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
• Participate in program planning, protocol development, and in-service training for staff.
• Support medical interns and student professionals as needed.
• Flexible scheduling required, including occasional evenings and weekends.
