Build and retain strong relationships with patients, emphasizing compassionate care and cultural sensitivity. Independently manage a busy schedule while maintaining exceptional quality of care. Use your communication skills and cultural understanding to provide care that meets the needs of a bilingual, diverse patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients. Actively contribute to growing the clinic census by maintaining patient satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual : Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine settings. Education & Certification : Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California. National certification is required. Soft Skills : A proven ability to build trust, foster long-term patient relationships, and contribute to patient retention and clinic growth. Work Ethic : A history of reliability, flexibility, and going above and beyond for patients and your team. Passion for Excellence : Strong clinical judgment, time management skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding patient care.

- Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese and English fluently, with the ability to connect meaningfully with a diverse patient population.
- Has experience in primary care, managing chronic diseases, and addressing diverse patient needs with confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrates strong independence and is comfortable working autonomously, making clinical decisions, and managing a busy patient load.
- Possesses excellent soft skills to build trust, foster lasting patient relationships, and grow both their personal patient panel and the clinic’s census.
- Is mission-driven, passionate about medicine, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
