Position Overview :

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the performance of content initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong blend of creative writing skills and analytical expertise, with a particular focus on crafting high-quality content and tracking performance across channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator passionate about delivering measurable results.

Content Marketing Senior Manager Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Own the development of content strategies across business units and campaigns
  • Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content and web copy
  • Serve as an outstanding writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission.
  • Acquire a detailed understanding of our customers and address their difficulties and reasons for making decisions, build content that resonates with customers at every stage of the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Collaborate with Market Development, Product Management and Regional Commercial leads to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities, campaigns, product launches and events.
  • Understand bioprocessing applications and ask thoughtful questions to strengthen messaging and identify areas for further development.
  • Encourage team members to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization
  • Source and leverage critical metrics to advise content strategy and be a thought partner to Market Development in conceptualising marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Market Development to craft impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs.
  • Work with other Content leaders across the organization to implement standard processes.
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; build reports using data and other digital tools

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years in Content Marketing, with leadership experience
  • Experience in content marketing, with a consistent track record of crafting impactful content.
  • Writing Proficiency : Outstanding writing and editing skills, with experience crafting content for diverse formats (blogs, emails, social posts, whitepapers) and audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Compensation and Benefits

    The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00$194,950.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
