Why You’ll Be a Great Fit?

You excel in communication and social skills, balancing dedication and hard work with a fun-loving attitude.

You must obtain graduate degree in Business or Economics.

You have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (including internships) within the PE / M&A sector, preferably in IT.

Your strong analytical skills and understanding of financial and management accounting set you apart.

You have a keen interest in Software / IT companies or a strong desire to learn about them.

You can work independently and set priorities in a dynamic work environment.

You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team.

Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies.

Analyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals.

Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events.

Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.
