A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated business and commercial disputes within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate, construction, and general liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and achieve efficient, favorable results.
