Junior Project Scheduler

Position Overview
We're seeking a Junior Scheduler to support our Postal / Parcel Group, which delivers repeatable, direct-to-owner industrial projects for major logistics clients. This role is remote, but candidates must reside in Colorado and be available for occasional in-person meetings in Denver and monthly travel out of state for site visits.
This is a new role within the team, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Projects as the primary tool
- Support scheduling efforts with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or other tools as needed
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
- Prioritize tasks based on client needs and project timelines
- Participate in meetings and site visits to gather real-time project data
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
25 years of experience in a role focused solely on schedulingProficiency in Microsoft Project is requiredExperience with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or similar scheduling tools is a plusBackground in GC or subcontractor environmentsUnderstanding of commercial construction processes and lifecyclesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills articulate, clear, and confidentExtroverted personality with a collaborative mindsetMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Do not apply if your most recent experience is directly with Amazon, FedEx, or UPSWhat We Offer

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $60.00 / hr.
