Our mission is simple :
Accordingly, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate with prior projects the ability to complete with third-parties scopes of work similar to the following :
80 psi), expansion control, and trap primers. Coordinate with EOR on fixture package, unit layouts, laundry policy, and condensate handling for heatpump water heaters (if used). Domestic Water — Replace Supply Lines Replace domestic water mains, risers, and branches to units; acceptable materials : Type L copper, CPVC, or PEXA / B per EOR. Provide isolation valves at each unit, bathroom group, kitchen, laundry; tag and schedule all valves. Pressure zones / PRVs as required by building height; install expansion tanks where PRVs reduce pressure. Insulate HW / HWR per Energy Code; insulate CW where condensation risk exists. If central DHW / HWR exists, rebalance HWR with circuit setters; if inunit HPWHs, furnish condensate pans, drains / pumps, and air requirements. Sanitary / Waste / Vent — Verify, Repair, Restore CCTV inspection of vertical stacks and horizontal mains; video files and log indexed to floor / stack. Cleaning (hydrojet / rodding) as required to restore flow; smoke testing of vents where directed. Repairs : spot replacements with nohub cast iron in shafts (acoustics) and PVC Sch 40 where permitted; new cleanouts per code. Backwater valves for fixtures below next upstream manhole; replace failed fittings; correct improper slopes. Ejector systems where gravity is not feasible (include pits, covers, alarms) if identified by EOR. InRoom Branch Plumbing (Dwelling Units) Bath group : WC (1.28 gpf), lav (1.2 gpm), shower / tub with ASSE 1016 / 1069 mixing; hammer arrestors at quickclosing valves; stops at each fixture. Kitchenette : sink with disposer (if included), DW connection with air gap / high loop per AHJ. Laundry (if provided) : washer box with dual valves and 2" standpipe, trap primer where required. Penetration protection, escutcheons, ADA mounting heights in designated units. Common Areas & BackofHouse Public restrooms, mop / janitor sinks, maintenance sinks, drinking fountains / bottle fillers, trash / compactor hose bibb and floor drains, eyewash if chemicals used. 1Floor drains with primers where required; indirect drain receptors as specified. Back flow, Metering, & CrossConnection Furnish / install backflow assemblies (RPZ / DCDA) with test cocks and strainers; enclosures or meter room per utility. Coordinate meter sets (size / type, bypass as required); initial certification and test reports. Fire stopping, Supports, Acoustics ULlisted firestop systems at all rated penetrations; smoke seal where required. Hangers / supports per code and manufacturer; seismic / wind bracing if required by FBC. Acoustic control : use cast iron in risers adjacent to dwelling spaces; isolation clamps / wraps at sensitive walls. Testing, Commissioning, Disinfection, Closeout Pressure tests : CW / HW / HWR per code (e.g., 150 psi or per EOR); DWV 10' head water test or AHJaccepted air test. Disinfection of domestic water per AWWAstyle procedures; bacteriological testing (two consecutive negatives) before occupancy. HWR balancing : verify endofline temperatures; record valve positions. CCTV postrepair videos and reports; confirm slope / flow. Turnover : O&M manuals, valve schedules, asbuilt risers (CAD / Revit + PDF), backflow test certificates, test / sterilization reports, warranty documents, and training. Minimum warranty : 1 year labor / materials; passthrough manufacturer warranties. Qualifications Valid Florida Plumbing Contractor License (required). Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience in commercial or hospitality settings (hotels, multifamily, or large facilities) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills; bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Must be able to travel between hotel properties as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or at heights when necessary. NOTE : This is not just a “subcontracting opportunity”. We are looking for a partner to form and grow the business with us.
