Direct Support Professional - Oakdale

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends!

$18.50 hourly. Regular full-time DSPs work 33 hours per week.

If you are interested in working 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver / IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

So you can work 33 hours weekly as a Day Program DSP, and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional, working one-on-one with clients in the community, often 10-15 hours per week.

At PAI, as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions. From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences. Schedule is 8 : 30-3 : 00, Monday through Friday. 33 hours per week, with all full-time benefits.
