Job Description Summary

Sterling Jewelers, Inc. Akron, OH.

• Design, develop, and implement our e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. Lead technical direction & architecture of our various projects / initiatives, collaborating closely with product, business & cross-functional teams to design innovative and scalable e-commerce solutions. This role entails creating overall design solutions, hybris design documents utilizing best in class architecture principles.
• Role can be remote from anywhere in the U.S.

3 yrs. of experience as a Technology Lead, Software or Web Developer or related IT role. Need 3 yrs. management of teams; 3 yrs. of project management experience from understanding requirements, design, guiding the team during implementation, and then fixing issues after deployed; 3 yrs. of Hybris Commerce experience including developing application using Hybris. 3 yrs. technical support of SAP Hybris.

Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related IT field. In lieu of MS degree, will accept Bachelor degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or related IT field followed by 5 yrs. of progressive, post-grad work experience as a Technology Lead, Software or Web Developer or related IT role.

For those with an MS degree, experience can be before, during, or after attainment of degree. For those qualifying with a BS degree, the 5 years progressive, post grad experience can be concurrent with the 36 months of specific experience.
