This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule : 8 : 00a-5 : 00p, 4 Days Per Week
• Job Setting : Clinic
• Types of Cases : Standard Primary Care, All Ages
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 Days
• Must have an active Colorado state license
• Must be Board Certified
