Work Schedule Hours per week : Monday-Thursday 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM; Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM 40 hours per week

Opportunity for hybrid schedule : No

Starting Salary Range : $20.47-$26.35 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary : Serve as point of contact and liaison for students who are homeless at risk of being homeless and other specialized populations; conduct weekly outreach to homeless / at risk students providing them with educational funding options and community resources; provide financial aid education to community partners who work with homeless / at risk students; participate in and lead outreach initiatives within the JCCC community and externally with high schools and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of three years experience in financial aid; preferably at a community college
• Customer Service Experience
