ULP / DSP (Direct Support Professional)

We’re hiring Unlicensed Personnel (ULPs) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do :

• Help clients with daily living : dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Medication administration.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
• Support independence and personal goals.
• Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.
