Manager, Client Relations A Brief Overview As an integral member of the Burn Center#s outreach and employer relationship management team, the Client Relations Manager is Responsible for achieving Regional One Health System#s Burn Center growth targets. What you will do Working with the Burn Center Chief Medical Officer and the Service Line Administrator to establish a triage system and protocol for coordinating burn treatment for affiliated employers. Acting as liaison between Regional One Health System and Emergency Departments of employers# chosen hospitals and, as appropriate, local EMS responders, to coordinate employees initial burn care treatment. Working in collaboration with Regional One Health System#s case managers to obtain employee status in order to communicate progress to the employer and their insurance company#s case managers. Increasing the awareness of the Burn Center among the targeted employers in the area and influencing their referral decisions by articulating and promoting the Burn Center value proposition. Establishes and develops productive partnerships with both new and existing employers in selected geographic areas Builds the data base of employers including detailed profiles and tracks and manages interactions through use of the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Develops visitation schedules to ensure consistent personal visibility and presence at employers# locations. Effectively communicates the Burn Center value proposition to all appropriate personnel at employers# location. Conducts follow-up meetings with employers to gain feedback on Burn Center performance and maintain customer satisfaction. Actively engages employers by using a mix of appropriate and cost effective communication channels, such as emails, social media and web based interactions. Accesses relevant data bases and reporting in order to monitor and analyze performance. Prepares and submits monthly activity tracking metrics to the Service Line Administrator. Works in collaboration with the Coordinator of Community Outreach to act as liaison between Regional One Health System and ED units of local and regional hospitals and with EMS responders as appropriate to coordinate employees initial burn care treatment. Works in collaboration with Regional One Health System#s Burn Center medical staff to obtain employee status in order to communicate progress to the employer and their insurance company#s case manager. Accesses relevant medical data and reports for the employee-patient in order to monitor employee treatment plan and communicate to the employer. Ensures, through internal monitoring and advocacy, that all agreed upon data, reports and other deliverables for the employee patient are received, as appropriate. As the employer relationship leader, communicates with the employer#s case managers, as necessary, to ensure rapid service issue resolution. Increases the awareness of the Burn Center among industry participants in the designated market area. In collaboration with marketing, develops marketing strategies and materials to promote the Burn Center. Conducts research, identifies relevant industry, business and professional organizations and actively participates in functions. Develops speaking engagement opportunities to increase the visibility of the Burn Center Coordinates special events and projects as required. Represents the Burn Center at key industry meetings Qualifications Bachelor#s Degree in Business or HealthCare Administration related area Required and Master#s Degree Preferred 10+ years# experience in business development / sales with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare.
