The Remote Office Assistant Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to Anytime Fitness club operations and management teams. This role helps maintain smooth daily operations by handling data entry scheduling document organization and communication tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative processes that support members staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Clerical Support
Perform general office duties including data entry filing and record maintenance.
Assist with scheduling meetings maintaining calendars and coordinating remote communications.
Prepare and process digital documents contracts and forms for staff and members.
Support club managers and regional staff with reports spreadsheets and routine correspondence.
Manage email inboxes respond to inquiries and route messages appropriately.
Operational Assistance
Help maintain accurate member and employee information in club management systems.
Track and update operational logs reports and compliance documents.
Assist with payroll preparation billing data and inventory tracking as directed.
Coordinate with multiple Anytime Fitness locations to ensure consistency and timely information sharing.
Customer & Staff Communication
Professionally handle remote communication with members vendors and staff.
Provide administrative support for member onboarding or documentation needs.
Ensure all communications reflect the Anytime Fitness brand and service standards.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
Follow company procedures for data management and retention.
Support internal audits or reporting requirements as needed.
Requirements
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
13 years of administrative or clerical experience (remote or hybrid work experience preferred).
Experience in fitness hospitality or service industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and data entry systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a remote setting.
High attention to detail accuracy and professionalism.
Familiarity with club management or CRM software (e.g. Club OS Mindbody) preferred.
