Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a private equity backed technical, field services company. The company offers a range of services to building owners that are technical in nature, through a branch based network and are a market leader in their space. They’re well positioned for continued expansion, which will be driven both organically and through a more aggressive M&A strategy. Backed by a leading private equity firm, the CFO will play a critical role in their growth and success over the next several years. This role will work at both a strategic level, helping to influence the direction of the company but also in a hands‑on capacity, working closely with employees in the field.

Must have experience

Have a proven track record as a CFO or VP, Finance experience, preferably from another private equity backed field-based services business. Experience working in a business model with a highly dispersed workforce comparable in size is critical.

Demonstrated experience in closing and integrating acquisitions in collaboration with advisors and stakeholders.

Strong IT orientation and capable of overseeing the completion of ERP implementation, driving automation through technology and advancement of the company’s technology roadmap.

Experience in a successful private equity backed business, with a track record of growth and success ideally leading to a successful exit.

MBA and CPA highly preferred.
