Project Engineer

Title : Project Engineer- Land Development Location : Birmingham, AL Duration : Direct Hire / Permanent Pay : $90,000 - $115,000 + discretionary bonus About the Role : Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team where you’ll take on diverse residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. As a Civil Engineer, you’ll combine technical precision with creative problem-solving to help bring complex sites from concept to completion. What You’ll Do : Design and prepare detailed site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Analyze survey data, topography, and site constraints to inform development strategies. Prepare technical reports, design computations, and permit applications. Support construction efforts with cut sheets, estimates, and document coordination. Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to deliver quality, efficient solutions. What You Bring : Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred. 5+ years of experience in site and land development design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD a plus). Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
