Summary : The Engineering Manager will oversee and manage process engineering activities at Fluid Quip Technologies. This leadership role involves coordinating and optimizing the process engineering workflow from project conception through detailed engineering, commissioning, system start-up, and plant optimization. The Engineering Manager will focus on resource allocation, team development, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. They will mentor and guide engineers at all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Builds and manages client relationships for ongoing and future projects, ensuring client needs are met by the engineering team
- Manages and mentors a team of engineers, understands career goals of members of the engineering team, identifying skill gaps and providing development opportunities
Process Engineering :
