The Tax Manager Income Tax Reporting plays a critical role in managing the company's global income tax reporting and accounting processes. This role is responsible for leading the global ASC 740 tax provision process and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global tax and accounting standards. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Income Tax Accounting & Reporting

• Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including planning, forecasting, calculation, recording, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
• Review and analyze temporary differences, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure accurate reporting and disclosures.
