Student Success Advisor

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support in Dual Credit and Online Dual Enrollment programs

Advise students on academic requirements, course selection, and monitor performance to ensure success

Foster relationships with students, families, and school administrators to enhance communication and promote student success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; master's degree in Student Development, Education, or related field is preferred

Two to three years of experience in Christian higher education is preferred

Passion for helping students succeed and develop educational skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with database systems
