Position Summary

This entry-level engineering role is responsible for the analysis and design of systems-related facilities, utilities, and infrastructure. Project types include life science facilities, industrial, and corporate facilities. We have opportunities for Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing and Fire and Life Safety Engineering majors to apply for 2026 opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Engineering support on project teams under the direction of project leaders
• Interfaces with all disciplines during the design / coordination phases
• Accountable for the timely delivery of the assignments delegated in the work plan
• Direct engineering on projects : Development and execution of design and drafting from schematics through construction administration with guidance from engineering leadership

This role is based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters with (3) days per week on-site and a flexible, hybrid work schedule.
