Key Responsibilities Review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions Conduct phone screens to evaluate applicants against role requirements Coordinate and conduct interviews with selected candidates Qualifications 2-3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on prescreening and high-volume hiring Proven success recruiting for call center or customer service roles (required) Mortgage or loan industry recruitment experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to utilize ATS tools effectively
