Description

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER for our apartment community Grandea Lakemont in Richmond TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements :

• 1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
• Hire train and develop the Leasing Consultants
• Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
• Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
• Must be energetic reliable and have strong sales orientation
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
