The Network and Device Support Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the Districts 1 : 1 device program with a primary focus on the repair and maintenance of multi-platform devices : Chromebooks Windows devices and iOS devices. This individual must possess excellent customer service skills strong communication abilities and a proactive energetic approach to position works collaboratively with teachers administrators and the technology department to ensure that all classroom technologies are fully supported and operating with maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated determined to find timely solutions and possess a strong aptitude for learning new technical skills. The Technician reports to the Director of Instructional Technology with input from the Network Administrator. RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES : (to include but not limited to) Multi-Platform Device Repair
Must be proficient in the Google Admin Console for Chromebook deployment policy management and lifecycle maintenance.
Possess working knowledge of device management tools for Windows and iOS.
Manage and maintain a sufficient inventory of repair parts supplies and tools for all supported devices.
Assist in maintaining a comprehensive up-to-date hardware and software inventory.
User Support and Deployment
Provide hands-on hardware and software support to users across the district.
Troubleshoot common device software and peripheral problems independently; escalate complex issues to other IT staff members where appropriate.
Provide training and in-field support to staff to improve their understanding and utilization of technology.
Assist with setting up and configuring student and staff device accounts across various instructional platforms.
Assist in the installation configuration and rollout of new equipment and technology projects.

Maintain a clean safe work area and professional appearance.
Additional duties as assigned.
Full Time Position 12 months 40 hours per weekWork schedule to be determined. Salary based on qualifications and experience.
