As the first point of contact for our new patients, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for the quality and compassion that our agency is known for.

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications :

Oklahoma RN licensure

CPR certification
