Job Title : HVAC Install Apprentice

Location : Eugene, OR and surrounding service areas

Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Hours vary depending on business needs; overtime may be required)

Pay : $18 - $28 / hr (DOE)

Position Summary

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced installers to learn the skills needed to install and replace HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and other components. This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and the chance to develop your craft in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand tools effectively for HVAC installation
• Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork, thermostats, and splits
• Read and interpret plans and use a tape measure accurately
• Attend company-provided training and meetings
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
