Supply Chain Logistics Analyst I

Dayton Daily News is seeking a dedicated and reliable Field Service Representative to support our distribution operations in the Dayton area. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our publications, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting our network of independent contractor newspaper carriers.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Distribution Supervisor in :

• Recruiting and managing independent contractors
• Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and contract terms
• Delivering newspapers to consumers and retailers to cover open routes
• Managing newspaper flow from printer to carriers
• Promoting positive customer service outcomes
