Manager of Environmental Services

Job Summary :

The Manager of Environmental Services is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations. Responsible for servicing and / or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.

Job Requirements :

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Considerable knowledge of environmental services including cleaning chemicals, processes, and standards

Familiarity with the concepts and practices of personnel management.

Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to work independently and to supervise others

Demonstrated leadership ability and the possession of tact, integrity, and common sense.

Knowledge of computers, word processors, and other office equipment.

Peferred Bilingual in Spanish

Essential Funtions :

Directs and supervises the work of the environmental services managers

Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of the ConnctTeam software for EVS

Produces statistical reports, analyses, and exhibits for internal use by other management staff and the governing board, and for external reporting to federal, state, and local funding and regulatory agencies.

Maintains the Company's EVS policy and procedures manual.

Manages the EVS building and grounds of Company facilities.
