Insurance Manager

A company is looking for an Insurance Manager to oversee a team and ensure performance goals are met in healthcare insurance collections.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of insurance representatives and supervisors to achieve client service excellence

Establish and monitor policies, workflows, and performance metrics to meet business objectives

Provide ongoing performance feedback and participate in the annual evaluation process for team members

Required Qualifications

BA / BS Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience

Minimum of 5 years in healthcare insurance collections preferred

At least 2 years in a management role leading healthcare or collection agents

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
