Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' specific needs to devise tailored therapy programs aimed at achieving functional goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Apply research-supported methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to sustain progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right path
