Position Summary : Sales Counselor

The Sales Counselor supports both the Shiloh and Troy communities, driving occupancy and revenue through proactive sales and community engagement.

You’ll partner with the Sales & Marketing Director and Executive Director to manage inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with leads, and create a welcoming experience for every prospective resident and family member.

Your goal : build meaningful relationships and guide families from inquiry to move-in with empathy and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve occupancy goals

Conduct community tours and host engaging presentations for families and referral partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations

Track all sales activity in the CRM and provide accurate weekly reporting

Partner with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents

Support marketing events and initiatives that drive traffic and brand awareness

Collaborate across both communities (Troy & Shiloh) to share best practices and strengthen outreach strategies

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality required

Knowledge : Strong understanding of assisted living and memory care sales processes

Skills : Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Attributes : Compassionate, self-motivated, organized, and driven by results

Flexibility : Willingness to travel between Shiloh and Troy communities as needed
