Salary Range : $52,000-$58,240 DOE

Role Overview :

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day financial workflow, ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices and supporting overall team efficiency. You will interact with internal teams and external vendors, helping resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end invoice processing, preferably with experience in SAP or document workflow systems

Perform accurate 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Process high volumes of invoices with speed and accuracy

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely payments

Support process improvement initiatives and help implement AP best practices

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related financial function

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or document workflow tools

Strong understanding of 3-way matching and discrepancy resolution

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
