This is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for all FP&A duties at Mashgin. As the director of FP&A you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team at Mashgin, be a partner to all of the business leads within the company, and be a financial guiding light to assist the C-suite in making prudent, strategic and timely decisions for each team and for the company as a whole. This will be a remote opportunity.

You Will Be

• Responsible for enhancing company operations through the in-depth analysis of financial data, revenue and cost models, as well as long-range plans, annual budgets and three statement reporting
• Developing strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining financial systems, and ensuring efficient data flow and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial reporting and monthly budget vs actual processes with all business units
• Building and managing an FP&A team with cross-functional capabilities and strong analytical prowess
